Brief description : Goal of the Project was the creation of new and sustained jobs by project activities that will support the entrepreneurial spirit in the country and accelerate the development and establishment of start-ups with high potential for growth:
Results:
72 Entrepreneurs from Economic Region Center trained on how to manage and grow their business through CEED Young Entrepreneurs Class, a program aimed to improve skills of young entrepreneurs in finance, marketing, management, operations, and leadership.
253 young people went through CISCO Entrepreneur Institute ‘Starting a Business Course’, a course aimed to prepare entrepreneurs in starting and managing a business (the basics of opening a company, financial management, legal structures, etc).
325 participants were provided with mentoring/coaching services for growth and development of their business (how to implement their grant, how to manage their daily operations, developing a marketing/sales plan, finding customers/partners, etc)
Total of 41 candidates received grants for starting and developing a business 100 new employment generated and 22 new businesses established
