Brief description :

The objectives of this project is to: catalyze entrepreneurial growth by providing entrepreneurs the practical capacity building training they need to take their SMEs ‘to the next level’; to create and build an entrepreneur community (local &regional) by providing a real and ultimately virtual networking platform that help entrepreneurs make ‘connections’ with ‘peer’ entrepreneurs who assume similar risks; to provide mentoring services in fields of finance, marketing, management, operational, etc.  Enable access to finance by helping position the entrepreneur and his/her capital, then connecting them with providers. Provide international market access by conducting bi -lateral and regional meetings of like-minded entrepreneurs, and personally help multinational entrepreneurs find the partners and customers they need to expand.

Results of the Project

CEED Kosovo has conducted  60 Learning events, which include different Top Class workshops/trainings, team building events, and work groups, with a total of  884 participants. We have  facilitated over220  successful mentoring relationships since 2009, with approximately 1700 hours of mentoring/coaching since 2009 to  support entrepreneurs in their business growth and development .CEED has conduct 31 Networking events including bilateral, trilateral  (B2B) meetings with companies from the region, regional meetings, business conferences, venture forums, and study tours.  There were a total of 1632 participants in these networking events. Companies part of CEED grow programs have experienced an annual average increase in revenue of 18 percent and 20 percent increase in the number of employees when compared to the previous years. 60 percent of the entrepreneurs part of CEED programs do business with others in the network, the value of cooperation among CEED program participants has been approx. 400,000 Euro, while many have stated that they are  formalizing the contracts and are in the phase of establishing new businesses due to new partnerships with their Top Class peers.
